IF YOU GET AN ERROR MESSAGE: "KEY NOT FOUND" OR A SIMILAR MESSAGE

DO THE FOLLOWING:

Step 1. Click on the Windows Start Button then go to Run

Step 2. Click on the Browse button and look for the KCDw folder. (typically this would be on the Local Disk C drive).

Step 3. Once you have located the KCDw folder, scroll through the list of files to find HaspUserSetup.exe ( you may not see the .exe extension ). If you don't see HaspUserSetup, click here to download it to your computer.

Step 4. Double click on the HaspUserSetup file or you can single click on the file and then click the open button.

Step 5. Then click on the OK button. This will run the HaspUserSetup file.

Step 6. You should accept all license agreements when prompted and click the next button when prompted. When the program is done running click Finish

Step 7. After HaspUserSetup has run, again click on the Windows Start Button and go to Run

Step 8. Click on the Browse button and again look for the KCDw folder.

Step 9. Scroll through the list of files and select HDD32.exe ( you may not see the .exe extension ).

Step 10. Double click on the HDD32 file or click once on it and then click Open.

Step 11. Accept all license agreements when prompted and click next where necessary.

Step 12. When HDD32 is done running click Finish.

Step 13. You should then restart your computer.

Note: If you can't find the file HaspUserSetup file, you will need to call tech support at 508-760-1140 for assistance.
